*Payment terms are set out comprehensively during the sign-up process. Please check you are fully aware and in complete agreement with the fees involved before payment is processed. Payments are processed using google checkout, a secure internet payment solution. All subscription fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Refunds - the granting of refunds of monies paid by You to this Company is at the reasonable discretion of this Company. If You believe you are entitled to a refund, You must notify this Company promptly in writing, specifying your reasons for requesting a refund. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund after the period of seven days from the date of commencement of your subscription; nor within the first seven days of your subscription in the event that you have used your subscription to obtain benefit from the Site, by downloading information from the Site; applying to jobs advertised on the Site/through the Site; contacting companies or other persons through the Site; obtaining an interview for any advertised jobs found on the Site; or finding new employment using information found on the Site. Your membership will be cancelled should your username and password be distributed or used by others, and we have the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time.
Job advertisements
Job advertisements contained on the Site are provided by prospective employers and their agents and are not all advertisements are reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of advertisements.
Candidate CVs
It is the responsibility of the candidate to provide a CV in support of any application made that is a true and fair representation of their skills and experience to the recruiters concerned.

Recruiters / Employers terms and conditions of business
In these terms and conditions: 'Customer' or 'Member' means any person, company, organisation or firm which uses our services; 'Services' means all recruitment and career development products and services made available by us.
Account setup
Executive search and recruitment companies may apply to set up a Standard Account with myexecutivecareer.com at no charge. No job postings or candidate database searches will be allowed until the account has been approved.

Employment agencies and employment businesses
If you are an employment agency or an employment business (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 ('the Act') it is your responsibility to ensure that advertisements you place on myexecutivecareer.com comply with the Act and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004. You agree to comply with the Act and these regulations as they affect the conduct of your business and the advertisements you place on myexecutivecareer.com.
Quality rules and ethical standards
In order to offer the best possible experience to our members, we have strict rules and standards regarding the format and content of jobs posted on myexecutivecareer.com. You agree that we may remove from myexecutivecareer.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules; this is at our discretion and without liability to you. Persistent and deliberate flouting of these rules may result in your company's account being closed or suspended indefinitely.
The rules

and without liability to you, remove that posting.
- We do not allow multiple postings of exactly the same job unless the same job available in different locations.

- Responses to advertisements. You agree to deal in a fair and professional manner with individuals
who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything

us from and against any claim brought by an individual against myexecutivecareer.com arising from your breach of this obligation or any
other of these terms and conditions.
- Illegal Advertisements. - Displaying advertisements. We shall have no liability for failure to display the advertisement caused by circumstances outside of our control. Neither we nor our subcontractors shall be liable in any circumstances for any loss of profit or business.
- Content and links. It is your responsibility to maintain any external links that your advertisement may point to. We may remove from myexecutivecareer.com any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is illegal, offensive or objectionable or will bring myexecutivecareer.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.
- Employment agencies and employment businesses. If you are an employment agency or an employment business (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 ('the Act') it is your responsibility to ensure that the use you make of information from our candidate database complies with your obligations under the Act and the regulations that are under it. The regulations are in the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004. You agree to comply with the Act and these regulations as they affect the use you make of information on our candidate database.
- Candidate database rights. Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to myexecutivecareer.com. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the candidate database or its content and that your use of the database and its content is governed by these terms and conditions.
- Password usage. Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.
- Use of the candidate database. where the account you have with us includes access to the candidate database the following applies:
- You may: Search the database for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for job vacancies that either you, or your client (if you are an employment agency) wish to fill.; use the information about the individuals contained in the database for the purpose of contacting in relation to a specific job vacancy; use the information only in connection with your own recruitment-related activities.
- You may not: Supply, sell or license material from the candidate database, or a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of your group of companies; download the database or portion of it through any automated processes, including, but not limited to, “scraping”; contact the individuals on the database or allow any use of the information about those individuals for any reason other than for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies.
- You must comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all subsequent and related legislation and regulations.
- Deleting database material. You agree to delete material from the candidate database upon its replacement with up-to-date material or the satisfactory conclusion of your search for a suitable candidate, whichever occurs first.
- Dealings with candidates. You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals that you may contact using information from the candidate database, and not do anything which may bring myexecutivecareer.com into disrepute. You will indemnify myexecutivecareer.com from and against any claim brought by an individual against myexecutivecareer.com arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
